CPS Technology

Anti-Crush System

Prioritizing safety and product consistency, the FoodPack Master introduces an Anti-Crush System. This mechanism detects tray misalignments and immediately stops the machine, protecting the tray from damage and preserving product quality.

Quick-Release Lower Mould

The Quick-Release Lower Mould is designed to simplify maintenance and accelerate format changes. Thanks to its tool-free locking system with quick-release wing nuts, the forming plate can be removed and reinstalled in just a few steps, significantly reducing cleaning and servicing times.

For selected tray formats, the system also enables rapid conversion from single-compartment trays to dual- or triple-compartment configurations, helping manufacturers increase flexibility and minimize production downtime.
