FoodPack Hyper

The FoodPack Hyper, available in 1000 and 1250 versions, is tailored for high-speed, large-scale production. It incorporates new CPS technology for continuous infeed of trays, significantly increasing production speed.

The machine features easy integration into production lines and includes an Anti-crush System, an ID Control System for personnel recognition, and Predictive maintenance for component overhaul planning.

CPS Technology

This technology significantly enhances the machine’s efficiency, allowing trays to flow continuously and seamlessly into the sealing area. The automatic separation and transport of trays, powered by synchronised movements of jaws and conveyor belts, ensure uninterrupted and swift packaging operations, contributing to increased productivity.

Anti-Crush System

The machine’s intelligent photocell system plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of the packaging process. It detects and communicates any misalignment of trays, activating an alarm that halts the sealing operation. This proactive approach prevents damage to the trays and ensures consistent product quality.

Mould Recognition

The advanced software of the FoodPack Hyper automatically recognises different moulds, streamlining the setup process. This feature ensures the correct packaging specifications are consistently applied, improving operational efficiency and reducing the need for manual adjustments.

Predictive Maintenance

The PLC’s monitoring capability is a standout feature, offering predictive maintenance insights. By tracking the performance and wear of each component, it forecasts maintenance needs, allowing for proactive servicing and minimising unexpected downtime.
